Orders are packed and shipped from Australia.
We aim to have orders shipped as soon as possible (excluding National and Victorian public holidays) and you will receive email notification confirming when your order ships with a tracking number.
Orders ship using priority shipping.
More remote areas of NZ may take an additional few days to arrive.
Orders will be processed during normal NZST business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed as soon as possible. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.
